Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Product Manager - Service Engineering to shape the vision and execution for service information and technical documentation solutions that support enterprise software users.

You will partner with customers, internal teams and engineering to translate market needs into prioritized product work and launch-ready capabilities, while evaluating emerging technologies, including AI, to improve outcomes and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, CS, IS, Technical Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years in Product Management, Technical PM, Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
• Proven success delivering enterprise software from concept to market adoption.
• Strong PLM and technical publications understanding.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for service information and technical documentation solutions.
• Engage with customers and partners to identify business challenges and market opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and prioritized product backlogs.
• Collaborate with R&D teams on technical discussions and implementation guidance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, particularly AI, for product enhancement.
• Drive Agile planning, backlog management, and story acceptance processes.
• Support product launches and go-to-market activities.
