Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Product Manager - Service Engineering to shape the vision and execution for service information and technical documentation solutions that support enterprise software users.

You will partner with customers, internal teams and engineering to translate market needs into prioritized product work and launch-ready capabilities, while evaluating emerging technologies, including AI, to improve outcomes and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, CS, IS, Technical Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years in Product Management, Technical PM, Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
• Proven success delivering enterprise software from concept to market adoption.
• Strong PLM and technical publications understanding.

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager - Service Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape the vision and execution for service information and technical documentation solutions that support enterprise software users. You will partner closely with customers, internal teams, and engineering to turn market needs into prioritized product work and launch-ready capabilities. The position also calls for evaluating emerging technologies, including AI, to improve product outcomes and customer value.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $112,000 – $126,500 annually
