Job summary

Portside is seeking a Product Manager for Horizon, our cloud-based flight management platform. You’ll own parts of the Horizon roadmap, work with a small cross-functional team, and engage directly with customers to shape requirements and validate concepts.

You’ll apply AI tools to prototype and accelerate tasks while driving outcomes for flight departments of all sizes. The ideal candidate has SaaS product experience, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for aviation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS company, or a degree/certification in product management.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and internal teams to understand needs and manage expectations.
• Fluent in working with engineers to translate requirements and priorities clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on a segment of the Horizon product roadmap and ship features.
• Collaborate day-to-day with engineers and the broader product team.
• Maintain regular conversations with customers to inform requirements and validate ideas.
• Synthesize customer input and usage data into clear priorities.
• Own releases for your area and measure adoption against targets.
• Communicate business impact to stakeholders across departments.
