Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Product Manager to own the Horizon user experience. You’ll shape the product strategy, work with customers and partners, and drive feature-rich releases across Windows and Linux desktops and mobile clients.

The role requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and a passion for usability. Hybrid work in Mountain View, CA with competitive compensation and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with a track record of translating ideas into successful products.
• Experience in software product management or product marketing with a software company.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive releases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with public speaking.
• Experience using AI tools for requirements, mockups and research.
• Knowledge of video codecs, peripherals, and networking is a plus.
• BS/BA or equivalent technical background.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a friction-free end-user experience for Horizon users.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to drive product enhancements based on feedback.
• Analyze competitive products, technologies and solutions.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from inception to delivery using AI tools.
• Collaborate with UX to improve user flows.
• Follow market trends in devices and connectivity options.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales and ecosystem teams to ensure launch readiness.
• Create reviewers guides, white papers and technical marketing content.
