Job summary

Adaptive seeks a Product Manager to drive enterprise-grade AI agents and ERP integrations for the construction sector. You’ll partner with design and engineering to ship reliable, scalable integrations with QuickBooks, Sage, Procore, and related systems, targeting mid-market and enterprise customers.

You will own the product vision, run discovery with customers, and align cross-functional teams to deliver real impact.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years leading development of complex technical products.
• Proven record shipping construction ERP integrations.
• Strong ability to translate engineering decisions into customer value.
• Excellent stakeholder management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
• Run discovery calls and translate feedback into problems.
• Build, launch, and iterate capabilities from 0→1 and scale.
• Align design, engineering, and GTM teams.
• Set high standards for usability and coherence across the platform.
