Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
• 3 years of Leadership Experience.
• Experience in healthcare industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap across Contracting, Credentialing, and Network.
• Oversee a team of Product Managers and drive lifecycle management across the portfolio.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to drive product development and launches.
• Engage customers to gather feedback and validate requirements.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
