• 10+ years of product management experience in platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling.
• Hands‑on experience with mobile and web platform development and release infrastructure.
• Experience owning developer‑facing products such as design systems or CI/CD tooling.
• Deep familiarity with observability and performance monitoring standards.
• Strong technical fluency for architecture discussions with senior engineers.
• Ability to connect platform health to business outcomes and velocity metrics.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed organizations.

• Own the platform roadmap across mobile, web, and design system capabilities with prioritization rationale.
