Job summary

Teladoc Health seeks a Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Analytics, to own client reporting strategy and data delivery across the product portfolio. You will translate complex healthcare data into scalable, trusted solutions for clients and collaborate with Operations, Client Management and Data Science teams to ensure accurate, trusted insights.

Qualifications

8+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, or data/analytics product experience; ownership of complex data-driven products.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent work experience is acceptable.
Strong knowledge of data, analytics, and data visualization across data concepts and integrations.
Hands-on experience building and delivering B2B healthcare or population health reporting for enterprise clients.
Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate product discovery, data exploration and problem-solving.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Cognos, or similar.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences.
Ability to organize, analyze and synthesize large data sets to influence decisions.
Experience collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional and cross-enterprise teams in the product roadmap development and execution.
Monitor market, competitive, and operational data to identify opportunities for product growth and client value.
Create and own reporting strategy and roadmaps from conception to implementation.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations and Customer Success to balance outcomes, needs, technology, and adoption.
Manage backlog, prioritize feature requests, and write user stories aligned to company goals.
Identify opportunities for scalable client reporting and data delivery across standard, configurable, and custom reporting.
Lead client calls around reporting capabilities and upcoming enhancements.
Partner with Data teams to trace and reconcile data across source systems for accurate reporting.
Perform data analytics to support trend identification and program development.
