Job summary

Emphasys HFA, an Aquila company, is seeking a Product Line Manager for the Single Family mortgage lending product line. You will oversee strategy, roadmap, and modernization initiatives across the full lending lifecycle, from origination to servicing, while coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver enhanced solutions.

You will drive AI-powered enhancements, ensure regulatory compliance, and expand capabilities on a modern .NET platform, shaping the future of housing finance

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the Single Family mortgage lending industry and related processes.
• Experience managing externally facing software products with client-centric delivery.
• Experience bringing AI-powered features into production and guiding platform modernization.
• Familiarity with mortgage regulations and data standards; strong analytical skills with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Single Family mortgage lending line.
• Drive modernization from legacy COBOL to .NET platform and AI-powered features.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Development, Implementation, and Client Services teams.
• Build strong relationships with housing finance agencies, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate product capabilities and opportunities in demonstrations and proposals.
