Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Member of Product, Tokenization for a partner company listed in the United States. You will shape the product strategy across real-world asset tokenization, collaborating with engineering, legal, compliance and institutional clients to translate market needs into scalable platform capabilities.

You will own roadmaps, drive multi-asset delivery, and guide issuers and investors through onboarding, issuance, custody, settlement, and reporting while balancing regulatory constraints

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical product roadmaps in regulated finance.
• Knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and institutional digital assets.
• Ability to translate regulatory and market needs into product specs.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive tokenization product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead platform development across asset issuance, lifecycle, custody, settlement and reporting.
• Design issuer/investor experiences across onboarding, issuance, servicing and settlement.
• Deliver multi-asset product initiatives spanning money market funds and other assets.
• Translate regulatory constraints into actionable engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, and client teams to maintain momentum.
• Engage issuers and investors to validate concepts and gather feedback.
• Support commercial opportunities with product expertise and regulatory context.
• Communicate product vision and priorities to leadership and engineers.
• Own outcomes and continuously improve scalability and usability of tokenization products.
