Job summary

One Call seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead strategy across multiple business lines from a home office. You will own portfolio roadmaps, partner with engineering, design, operations, analytics and commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

You will mentor PMs and translate customer needs into actionable requirements, balancing user value with technical feasibility in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in product management, preferably SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering products from concept to launch.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern PM tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
• Translate user needs into detailed requirements and stories.
• Define KPIs, monitor ROI and drive data-informed decisions.
• Lead or partner with other PMs on multi-vertical initiatives.
