Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Navvy+ platform within the School Assessment team. You will drive the product vision, translate problems into engineering-ready requirements, and coordinate with a Pearson development team and partners to deliver on a multi-year platform roadmap.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience in education technology. Travel may be occasional; remote options are available under our program.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management (MBA preferred), or equivalent experience managing large assessment technology platforms.
• Experience communicating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with planning, documentation, and tracking in Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
• 5+ years in PreK-12 education technology space, academic assessment, or instructional products.

Responsabilidades

• Bring clarity to the vision and forward-thinking product ideas that engage and excite our engineering teams.
• Support moving capabilities from concept to live use: understand the problem, define the version worth releasing, prototype it, specify it, and deliver it.
• Own the delivery of the Navvy+ roadmap, sequencing it against available capacity, weigh priorities, and communicate about deferred work.
• Look for ways to improve the platform and services, and bring forward creative, workable solutions for existing and new users.
• Translate problems into requirements for engineering, sign off requirements, and manage backlog and defect priority.
• Participate in stand-ups and iteration planning with Navvy+ engineering lead, Pearson team, and external partners.
• Assist in test case development and quality assurance documentation.
• Map the release schedule, coordinate district needs with development readiness, and define release conditions.
