Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to lead Navvy+, the PreK-12 formative and screening platform, guiding vision, requirements, and release strategy. You will translate problems for engineering, own the roadmap, and coordinate with stakeholders across districts, state programs, and Pearson teams.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in software product management, agile practices, and collaboration with data science to explore AI-enabled features, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management or equivalent experience.
• MBA preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Define clear product vision and roadmap ideas for Navvy+.
• Translate problems into actionable engineering requirements and backlog items.
• Own Navvy+ delivery schedule and prioritize work with the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, measurement, content, and support.
• Prepare release notes and product documentation for implementation and training.
• Partner with data science and engineering for AI-enabled features; assess risks and guardrails.
