Blue Rose Research is hiring a Product Growth & Adoption Manager to own usage, adoption, and growth of our tools for the progressive ecosystem. You will join a team of engineers, data scientists, and political analysts and work on a role that blends data, product strategy, and political community engagement.

The role emphasizes owning adoption outcomes, running trainings, and translating product features into actionable insights for campaign managers, state parties, and advocacy groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, adoption, or a client-facing role.
• Experience in Democratic or progressive politics or related campaigns is required.
• Ability to translate complex product concepts into simple messages for busy campaigners.

Responsibilities

• Own adoption and engagement outcomes for our products and grow the user base.
• Publicly represent our products via demos, trainings, panels, and events.
• Develop and execute outreach to new audiences across the ecosystem.
• Incorporate user feedback into product updates and messaging to drive adoption.
• Create clear product stories for diverse audiences: nonprofits, campaigns, state parties, advocacy groups.
• Build materials that help spread the product: one-pagers, case studies, and decks.
• Lead email/lifecycle programs to boost engagement and new customer acquisition.
• Monitor marketing metrics, set targets, and report progress to leadership.
