GoodParty.org is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap behind tools used by thousands of candidates and elected officials to put people over parties.

You will partner with the CPO, Design, and Engineering teams to turn ideas into scalable solutions, build adoption funnels, and leverage AI to scale. The role is remote and mission-driven, with a strong emphasis on user-centric product growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building tech products, with a track record of taking products from 0 to 1 and beyond.
• Strong user research instincts and a bias toward data-driven decisions.
• Ability to transform complex ideas into scalable product solutions that drive adoption and growth.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including design and engineering in a remote environment.
• Comfort with AI tools and incorporating them into product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Turn ideas into scalable products that empower independent candidates to run, win, and serve.
• Lead user research and testing across diverse user groups with the design team.
• Productize emerging AI tools to improve products and features at scale.
• Create cohesive funnels that drive adoption, growth, and a viable path for independents.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative methods to validate ideas and improve metrics.
