Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Product Execution Engineer to deliver process and software solutions to new clients, aligning with customer needs across regions. The role emphasizes reliability methods, change management, and strong IT proficiency in a remote, full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Have experience in applying reliability methods and techniques within relevant industry.
• Experience in process-level management of change.
• Be a good team player with strong communication skills.
• Have good IT acumen with the ability to analyze complex data and adapt to new systems.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Ariba).
• Should be a Spanish-speaking person.

Responsibilities

• Developing and fostering relationships with customers across multiple disciplines, divisions and regions.
• Providing process change expertise and guidance for customers.
• Blueprinting work processes and designing customer-centric solutions in asset management.
• Engaging with internal stakeholders to deliver customer projects.
• Working with other business divisions to ensure solutions are delivered sustainably for long-term engagements.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of ARMS software implementation processes.
