Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BBA or business analytics or related program.
• Regular use of AI tools and comfort learning new software quickly.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and an analytical approach to messy information.
• Experience with software programming (Python, SQL) and data visualization tools (Excel, BI).
• Clear, concise writing.
• Availability of 15 to 20 hours per week with overlap during US Central business hours.
• Ability to complete HIPAA training and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with providers, clinical leaders and operations teams to understand workflows and pain points.
• Turn problems into runnable prototypes using AI tools and learn to create the right scope of documents.
• Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria and the data fields they depend on, ready one week before build.
• Write user acceptance test scripts and test releases before they reach providers.
• Track adoption and outcomes after launch and bring back what is working and what is not.
