Thrive Therapies Group in the United States is seeking a part-time Product Engineer Intern to join our product and technology team, reporting to the Chief Product and Technology Officer. You will define what to build, show it working, and measure impact by turning user needs into runnable prototypes and ready-to-build user stories.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a BBA or business analytics or related program.
Tech-savvy with regular use of AI tools and quick to learn new software.
Strong spreadsheet skills and an analytical approach to messy information.
Availability of 15 to 20 hours per week with overlap during US Central business hours.
Ability to complete HIPAA training and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Understand workflows by spending time with providers and leaders.
Turn problems into runnable prototypes using AI tools and create scope documents.
Write user stories with acceptance criteria and data fields ready before build.
Write user acceptance test scripts and test releases before providers.
Track adoption and outcomes after launch and iterate.
