Qualifications

• Experience building a product from zero to one or leading a major technical initiative at a growth-stage or larger company.
• Strong product instincts and ability to infer what to build from customer context.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for customer calls, Looms, and PR descriptions.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal direction.
• Expertise across frontend and backend systems including React, Next.js, background jobs, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Own a full product line, including roadmap definition, technical architecture, implementation, and outcome measurement.
• Engage with customers via sales calls, Slack, and discovery to identify and prioritize what to build.
• Build across the stack: React/Next.js frontend, scalable backend, integrations, and LLM pipelines.
• Collaborate with founders on weekly product and architecture decisions.
• Set high engineering quality and shipping velocity as an early hire.
