Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks a Product Director for Directed Spend Consumer Payments to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution across Directed Spend Offers and Earned Rewards. You will align member, client, partner, and business needs while guiding Product Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and engaging solutions.

You will influence senior leaders, monitor market trends, and build a portfolio that differentiates rewards and offers.

Qualifications

10+ years in product management or senior product leadership within large organizations.
5+ years leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
Experience defining multi-year roadmaps and delivering measurable outcomes.
Experience in healthcare, financial services, payments, or rewards products.
Proven ability to align stakeholders across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap and investment priorities for Directed Spend products.
Own portfolio performance including growth, adoption, and financial results.
Develop business cases for new capabilities and partnerships.
Lead Product Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Provide governance for prioritization, release readiness, and regulatory compliance.
Communicate strategy and risks to senior leadership and clients.
