Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Product Designer to support digital initiatives across responsive web and native mobile in a regulated Life Sciences environment. This remote, contract role emphasizes accessibility, craft, and collaboration with product managers, engineers, and designers.

You will contribute to account creation services, eCommerce experiences, internal tools, and OS updates, while ensuring compliance and high-quality user experiences for healthcare stakeholders.

Qualifications

• UX/UI design experience for responsive web applications.
• Native iOS and Android design experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating accessibility and attention to detail.
• Figma proficiency and experience with design systems, Material Design, and iOS Guidelines.
• Experience in regulated industries.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
• Exposure to user research; AI-assisted design tools a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in Agile environments.

Our client seeks a product designer to support digital initiatives across responsive web and native mobile. The role will focus on account creation services, eCommerce experiences, internal data analysis tools, and annual iOS and Android OS updates and feature enhancements. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver accessible, high-quality user experiences in a regulated environment.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $50.00 to $54.00/hr. w2

Experience Requirements

• UX/UI design experience for responsive web applications.
• Native iOS and Android design experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful execution, accessibility, and attention to detail.
• Figma proficiency and experience with design systems, Material Design, and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably healthcare or medical devices.
• Ability to communicate complex design ideas and articulate design decisions.
• Exposure to user research and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and operate effectively in Agile environments.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
