Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research (including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing) and synthesizing insights into product requirements (3 years)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, data, and commercial teams) in an agile or iterative product development environment (4 years)
• Experience designing data-driven user experiences for B2B SaaS platforms, including workflow-based enterprise applications (3 years)
• Experience creating interactive data visualizations (tables, charts, graphs, dashboards) for analytical and operational use cases (3 years)
• Experience applying customer and platform data to inform UX and product design decisions, including user journey mapping and behavioural analysis (3 years)
• Experience translating research findings into product design specifications for engineering teams, including interaction design and visual system requirements (3 years)
• Experience designing software products that operate on sensitive data within highly regulated industries, with demonstrated understanding of complex operational workflows and compliance constraints (2 years)

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver customer experiences through data collection, analysis, and application to improve user experiences across the healthcare journey
• Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to identify pain points, goals, and usability concerns
• Create interactive data visualizations and dashboards to illustrate patient interactions across doctors and treatments over time
• Provide data-driven insights to guide sales, deployment, and resource planning for hospitals and medical facilities
• Develop robust data products within a B2B SaaS framework for medical devices and healthcare providers
