Qualifications

4+ years of product design experience, healthcare experience is a plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI for complex apps.
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design new features and workflows.
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and field research.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Contribute to and maintain the design system for RXNT products.
Advocate for accessibility and usability across product experiences.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
Support go-to-market materials with design assets.
Other duties as assigned.
