Weave seeks a Product Design Manager to guide a team of designers and partner with Product and Engineering as an equal strategic ally. You will shape product strategy, advocate for user needs, and drive cohesive, human-centered experiences across Weave’s platform.

You will mentor designers, foster design excellence, and identify opportunities that span multiple product areas while maintaining a strong design culture as the company scales.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of formal design management experience or 4+ years as a Lead IC in a complex product environment.
• 5+ years hands-on product design experience at a product-led software company.
• Demonstrated track record of co-leading product strategy alongside Engineering, Product Management, and Data teams.
• Mastery in driving adaptable UX strategies that translate complex data into intuitive design systems.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Product and Engineering as an equal strategic leader to shape product strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers to develop a cohesive vision and high-quality output.
• Identify cross‑boundary UX opportunities and drive scalable, human-centered design across the Weave platform.
• Coach designers, set priorities, and champion user needs to enable proactive, upstream work.
• Direct design reviews focused on craft quality and strategic direction, aligning with vision.
