Job summary

Weave Robotics seeks a senior designer to define the visual language across the Weave ecosystem, from consumer apps to the public website and business tools. You will collaborate with industrial design, robotics, and software teams to create intuitive experiences that make advanced technology approachable and delightful.

You’ll own and evolve the design system, craft interactions for 3D‑rich contexts, and ensure consistent, polished visuals across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing high‑quality consumer software products.
• Strong UX fundamentals with user‑centered design and usability.
• Experience creating and evolving scalable design systems across products and platforms.
• Collaborative mindset partnering with engineering, hardware, and operations.
• Rapid prototyping using modern design tools to communicate ideas.
• Vision and enthusiasm for home robotics and user experience in physical products.

Responsibilities

• Build our design language: establish and maintain a design system across products, marketing, and touchpoints.
• Own the design and evolution of Weave’s public website and customer-facing apps, communicating our technology and values.
• Craft delightful experiences from navigation to motion and micro-interactions that feel intuitive.
• Prototype and iterate concepts based on feedback, constraints, and user insights.
• Create novel interfaces to configure and interact with autonomous robots alongside engineering.
• Support internal business-facing applications with attention to usability and quality.
