Qualifications

• 2+ years of formal design management experience or 4+ years leading design teams.
• 5+ years hands-on product design in a product-led software company.
• Cross-functional track record co-leading product strategy with Engineering, Product Management, and Data.
• Mastery in driving adaptable UX strategies and design systems.
• Clear, empathetic leadership of distributed teams across time zones.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving technologies to improve product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an equal strategic partner with Product and Engineering to shape product strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead experience vision and advocacy for your product areas, driving a cohesive design perspective.
• Identify strategic UX opportunities spanning multiple groups and across the platform.
• Coach designers to champion user needs, align with vision, and shape priorities.
• Direct design reviews focusing on craft quality and strategic direction.
• Inspire and develop designers across experience levels to grow craft, judgment, and impact.
