Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience including complex consumer product journeys.
• Formal experience managing or leading design teams.
• Strong hands-on product design craft across UX, prototyping, and visual design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of consumer healthcare experiences from concept to launch.
• Manage a team of Product Design/UXR practitioners while delivering design work.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance consumer journeys.
