Quest Defense Systems & Solutions is seeking a Product Definition Senior Engineer to shape aerospace programs. You will apply GD&T, PMI, and industry standards to design deliverables, and develop 3D models in Siemens NX with rigorous documentation and configuration control.

Responsibilities include scanning to CAD, creating 2D drawings, performing tolerance analyses, and coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams. This is a remote role for US citizens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or 6+ years in science/engineering.
• Knowledge of ASME/ISO governing drawings, PMI, and CTQ analysis.
• Proficient in Siemens NX/Teamcenter environments.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and design intent.
• Familiarity with aerospace standards and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Convert point cloud data or STL meshes into manufacturable 3D models in Siemens NX.
• Develop and manage engineering documentation packages with 3D models, 2D drawings, specs, and CTQ parameters.
• Work with engineering for initial 2D concept of product.
• Create 3D product models, outlines, and layouts.
• Create dimensioned detail drawings for high‑complexity parts.
• Apply tolerance stack‑up analysis for accurate fit and assembly performance.
• Support design reviews and coordinate with project, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Ensure proper filing, control, and export classification of design data.
