Job summary

RTX’s ESTO group seeks a Senior Engineer – Drafter / Product Definition to create and revise 3D models and detailed drawings for aerospace products. You’ll collaborate with engineers, support program milestones, and mentor drafters in NX/Teamcenter workflows.

This onsite U.S. role requires 5 years of STEM experience (or advanced degree with 3 years) and a travel requirement of 10% domestically and internationally, with GD&T and ASME Y14.5M familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Management with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in product definition, drafting, engineering design, or related technical field.
• Strong documentation and engineering change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Process engineering changes and develop detailed product definitions.
• Create and revise 3D models and engineering drawings using NX and Teamcenter.
• Support program milestones and mentor junior drafters.
