Job summary

Applied CAx is seeking a proactive engineer to join our Siemens software services team in a fully remote role for candidates in the United States. You will mentor users, provide technical support, and continuously expand your NX and Teamcenter expertise across design optimization, CAM, and Mechatronics workflows.

The role involves developing NX site standards, templates, and custom tools, plus occasional travel for training and requirement gathering.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Person able to comply with ITAR/EAR requirements for government-sector manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Interface with a wide range of users to instruct and mentor.
• Provide timely technical support for Applied CAx customers.
• Expand abilities through on-demand learning and skills development.
• Stay up to date with NX versions and current modeling/manufacturing techniques.
• Develop NX CAD/CAM training in a Teamcenter environment.
• Lead Teamcenter user training.
• Travel to customer locations to lead training or gather requirements.
• Develop NX site standards, templates, and NX customizations.
• Create custom applications using NX tools and libraries.
