Job summary

Paragon Legal seeks an interim Product Counsel to support its product legal team during an attorney leave. You will partner with the product team on product documents, OSS matters, escalations, RFPs, data mapping, and GTM initiatives, including trademark clears and website terms.

The ideal candidate has a strong Product Counsel foundation, hands-on OSS experience, and ideally public company background, with fast-paced independence, clear ownership of priorities, and proactive communication

Qualifications

• Strong Product Counsel foundation with hands-on OSS experience.
• Public company experience strongly preferred.
• Prior cybersecurity industry experience is advantageous.
• Ability to ramp quickly and work independently with business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review product-related documents and terms.
• Handle open source software matters and related compliance.
• Support commercial legal escalations and RFPs/customer questionnaires.
• Assist with acquisition integration and data mapping.
• Contribute to new go-to-market initiatives, trademark clearances, and website terms.
