• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 8+ years of legal experience, with at least 5 in-house.
• Experience in software licensing, privacy, and compliance.

• Serve as embedded compliance and product counsel with Product and Engineering teams.
• Create and operate legal review processes for software products and AI features.
• Advise on global trade, export controls, and IP strategy.
• Guidance on data protection, security obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Draft and negotiate customer, partner, and vendor agreements where IP/privacy issues arise.
