Clark Associates is seeking a Product Compliance Specialist to support regulatory adherence across product lines. You will review and set technical product requirements, audit test results, and help develop internal workflows for compliance across the portfolio.

The role requires monitoring regulations, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with procurement, quality, and legal teams. Experience with US regulations and certification processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of US regulations (FDA/FTC/CPSC/epa) and product certifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to interpret complex rules.
• Analytical thinker able to solve problems and escalate where needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulations and propose compliant changes for product lines.
• Conduct regulatory risk assessments with cross-functional teams.
• Review technical docs, test reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Support verification documents from suppliers throughout lifecycle.
• Develop and improve company-wide product compliance policies.
• Identify risks, lead audits, and act as SME for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and foster compliance culture.
