iRiS Recruiting Solutions seeks a Senior Compliance Engineer to own product certification and regulatory compliance across the full lifecycle, offering ownership, stability, and room to grow in Nashville.

You will manage testing, audits, submissions, and documentation; liaise with agencies; provide compliance input during design; review changes; and drive CAPA and risk resolution while partnering with Engineering, R&D, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product compliance programs across lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of certification processes and regulatory affairs.
• Proven ability to manage CAPA and root cause analyses.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and supply chain teams.
