Job summary

Pyle USA is seeking a US Consumer Product Safety & Compliance Specialist to support the safety and regulatory compliance of physical consumer products sold in the United States.

The role covers new product compliance and ongoing marketplace compliance, including identifying US regulatory and testing requirements, reviewing certificates and test reports, coordinating with suppliers and laboratories, and managing compliance across Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience supporting Amazon US (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central).
• Experience managing Amazon compliance cases, product safety investigations, listing suppressions, or ASIN reinstatements.
• Experience with US consumer product compliance.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central workflows.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance activities across Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
• Respond to Amazon product safety, compliance, restricted product, and listing suppression cases.
• Coordinate ASIN reinstatements by gathering and submitting required documentation.
• Support new product launches by ensuring compliance requirements are met before products go live.
• Monitor account health and proactively identify compliance risks.
