Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead Product Compliance initiatives within Caesars Digital. You will drive cross-functional delivery across product technology, regulatory, and operations, shaping timelines, risks, and certifications for iGaming and sports betting products in North America.

In this role you guide agile teams, remove blockers, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor junior staff while aligning milestones with KPI targets and compliance

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Project Delivery or PM roles
• Knowledge of product or IT delivery processes and approaches in use across the market
• Strong customer focus recognizing internal and external customers
• Experience in process management and process improvement within an agile Product organization
• Experience with tracking KPI’s and improving upon them

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from a Product Compliance perspective to roll out new technologies across North America where iGaming, digital and retail sports betting is legal
• Inform Product Technology groups about approval timelines for new markets and products
• Develop efficient processes for submission and approval in regulated markets
• Be hands-on and work closely with development teams to solve problems
• Build and maintain a submission and approval plan tracking milestones and dependencies across workstreams
• Track and mitigate project risks before they impact timelines
• Liaise with third party labs to ensure timely certification of products
• Shape objectives, scope, timescales, and deliverables with senior stakeholders
• Drive agile maturity and implement retrospective actions for Product Compliance
