Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, communications, public affairs or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years in agricultural communications, stakeholder engagement, or related field.
• Strong understanding of U.S. agriculture; familiarity with USDA NASS surveys preferred.
• Experience building relationships with agricultural organizations and government agencies.
• Experience developing outreach or communications strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and public speaking skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute producer engagement strategy for NASDA's NASS program.
• Lead state-specific engagement plans leveraging agricultural stakeholders.
• Track performance metrics to evaluate engagement and survey promotion.
• Maintain relationships with state departments of agriculture and producer groups.
• Identify opportunities to leverage agricultural networks for awareness and participation in NASS surveys.
• Represent NASDA at in-person and virtual events.
• Analyze response-rate trends and engagement data to identify improvements.
• Develop and share communication materials as needed.
