This remote role focuses on supplier relationships, PO execution, and cost reduction, with travel 10–20% and strict compliance with procurement standards. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in business or supply chain with 5+ years’ experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years’.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years’ experience in business, supply chain, or related field; or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years’ experience.
U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Account Specialist manages supplier relationships including delivery, quality and cost.
Lead purchase order execution and on-time scheduling of agreements.
Align with procurement manuals, ethics, and compliance standards.
Engage with Strategic Sourcing and long-term sourcing decisions.
Coordinate with regional office personnel and quality representatives.
Ensure quotations, cost analysis, and price justification are completed on-time.
