Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is hiring a Procurement Manager 2 to join our Global Supply Chain organization. This leadership role will be remote with occasional travel (25%).

The Manager will supervise a team of about 10 direct reports across procurement activities, including source selection, price analysis, negotiations, and risk management, ensuring alignment with sector objectives. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field is preferred, with 2+ years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with required years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related fields.
• Leadership experience: minimum 2 years leading a team, process, or projects.
• Experience in procurement or subcontracts and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of about 10 direct reports supporting procurement activities across multiple divisions.
• Proficient in procurement processes including source selection, price analysis, negotiations and risk management.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships and manage RFQs for LTAs and high-dollar contracts.
• Identify opportunities for cross-divisional strategies and ensure alignment to sector objectives.
• Plan schedules and coordinate activities to meet objectives.
