The Manager’s team will consist of approximately 10 direct reports who will support in Procurement activities across multiple divisions.In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to:Must be Proficient in the procurement process, including but not limited to source selection, price analysis, negotiations, risk managementThe preferred candidate should possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills and be extremely organizedCan quickly identify and communicate risk and opportunityHave a clear understanding of established processes and proceduresPossess the ability to align team goals to Sector and Division objectivesEffectively manage a supply base: Evaluate supplier delivery, quality, and cost performanceDevelop and maintain Strategic Supplier relationshipsSupervise release of RFQs for LTA and high-dollar reqsExecute negotiations of LTAs and high-dollar contractsIdentify opportunity for cross Divisional strategiesBuild and develop a geographic diverse and remote teamAbility to plan schedule and arrange activities to accomplish objectivesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, subcontracts, contracts, resource planning or accounting, OR a Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, subcontracts, contracts, resource planning or accounting OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with 9 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, subcontracts, contracts, resource planning or accountingMust have a minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team, process, and/or projectsMust have Procurement or Subcontracts experienceMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance and Program Special Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needsPreferred Qualifications:2 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects and interacting with multifunctional roles/departmentLeadership and people management skills with the ability to model and promote a strong sense of engagement, teamwork and cooperationBudgeting experience and EVM knowledgeSolid understanding of engineering/technical requirementsThorough knowledge of supply chain managementAdept in Pre/Post-Award management (MRP, RFP’s, Competition, Negotiation, etc…)Familiar with Government and Commercial procurement regulatory requirementsPracticed in policy and procedure, interpretation, and change managementKnowledgeable with FAR, DFAR, ITAR, and Export regulationsPrimary Level Salary Range: $121,000.00 - $181,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
