Job summary

Swoon is seeking a seasoned Procurement Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Strategic Sourcing, P2P, Extended Workforce, Travel & Expense, and more. You will shape procurement by building scalable processes, driving large-scale transformations, and leveraging automation and AI to increase efficiency.

The role focuses on coordinating multi-team delivery, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and ensuring smooth launches and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading cross-functional procurement or transformation programs.
• Experience delivering large-scale procurement/finance operations initiatives.
• Strong planning, risk, issue and change-control discipline.
• Ability to translate complex needs into actionable requirements and drive adoption.
• Excellent written and executive-facing communication skills.
• Experience with AI or automation to improve programs.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated delivery plans with scope, milestones, owners, and risks.
• Sequence work with business value, capacity and risk; advise start/defer decisions.
• Translate needs into maps, requirements, and acceptance criteria; work with SMEs.
• Lead implementation: close requirements, coordinate testing, readiness, handoffs.
• Create project updates, business cases, charters, memos; document decisions.
• Coordinate control assessments and remediation with Finance Risk Management.
• Partner with Enablement for training and adoption; ensure clear ownership.
• Measure adoption, cycle time, and efficiency; apply AI to improve planning.
