Job summary

Arena Staffing seeks a Processing Archivist to organize and preserve historical records and digital assets. You will evaluate collections, arrange and describe materials, and maintain inventories and finding aids. The role supports researchers, ensures compliance with retention policies, and collaborates with IT, librarians, and records teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or preferred.
• Experience in archival processing and records management
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to classify, describe, index, and maintain records
• Familiarity with metadata practices and preservation principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and EDRMS

Responsibilities

• Process archival collections in line with standards.
• Create inventories, finding aids, and catalog records for retrieval.
