RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Process Transformation & Standard Work Principal Specialist to lead standardized supply chain processes and training. This role will leverage CORE or Lean Six Sigma and data analytics to drive innovation and efficiency within RTX’s supply chain operations.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent with at least 5 years in related roles.
• Experience in supply chain management, process improvement, or training development.
• Hands-on with CORE or Lean Six Sigma and cross-functional project leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement supply chain process improvements and standard work.
• Design and deliver standardized supply chain training programs aligned with RTX goals.
• Utilize analytics and systems to enhance training and operational efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Apply CORE or Lean Six Sigma to promote continuous improvement.
• Lead and manage complex cross-functional projects within timelines and budgets.
• Provide guidance and mentorship on best practices and standard processes.
• Monitor training effectiveness and align with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify innovations in supply chain ops.
