Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Tampa, FL is seeking a highly skilled Process Quality Analyst to join our Process Engineering team. You will monitor quality across People Services operations and support improvement initiatives, CAPA, and data quality to drive service excellence.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, maintain the IEMS, lead CAPA actions, and develop training to elevate staff capabilities while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in quality, project, or change management.
• Experience mapping Workday processes and improving data quality.
• Experience with process simulations and SOPs.
• Strong data analysis skills and HR metrics knowledge.
• Six Sigma/Lean certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Impact Event Management System (IEMS) for service issues.
• Identify, document, and analyze service quality issues with cross-functional teams.
• Lead CAPA processes and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Develop quality initiatives from CAPA findings and logs.
• Train staff on CAPA and service quality best practices.
• Generate reports on CAPA progress and service metrics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and stay current with industry standards.
