Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Process Quality Analyst to support the Process Engineering team in Tampa, FL. You will oversee quality across People Services operations, monitor CAPA processes, and drive improvements to ensure accurate data and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining IEMS, analyzing issue data, training staff on CAPA practices, and reporting on quality metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality management, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in quality, project, or change management.
• Experience evaluating Workday processes and mapping functionality to improve service delivery and data quality.
• Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
• Proficiency in data analysis with HR metrics/tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration; Six Sigma/Lean is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Impact Event Management System (IEMS) for service quality.
• Identify, document, and analyze service quality issues across the organization.
• Lead CAPA processes and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives based on CAPA findings.
• Train staff on CAPA processes and conduct regular workshops.
• Generate reports on issue logs, CAPA progress, and quality metrics.
