Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Quality & Process Improvement role in Tampa, FL. You will oversee the IEMS, manage CAPA processes, and drive service quality improvements across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in quality management, business administration, operations management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality, project or change management.
• Experience mapping Workday processes and improving functionality to boost customer-centricity and data quality.
• Experience with process simulations and SOPs.
• Proficient in data analysis using HR metrics analytics tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with precision in process design.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Impact Event Management System (IEMS) for service-related matters.
• Document and identify service quality issues across teams.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Review and implement improvements to IEMS based on feedback.
• Oversee CAPA process and action plans for service quality.
• Monitor CAPAs and verify effectiveness through follow-up data.
• Identify and streamline processes with the Process Engineering Team.
• Train staff on CAPA processes and best practices.
• Generate reports on issue logs, CAPA progress, and service quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
