Qualifications

• Ability to read PFDs and P&IDs; familiarity with DCS and CMMS.
• English communication skills; independent and team work capability.
• Attention to detail and safety/regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor chemical processes remotely via a DCS.
• Support startup, steady-state ops, and shutdown recovery.
• Respond to upsets per procedures and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with onsite operators to resolve issues.
• Maintain records and assist reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.
• Utilize CMMS and data systems to track operations.
• Prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and support improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Grow scope with performance and certifications.
