Newberry Group seeks a results-driven Process Improvement Manager to lead efforts that enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and promote continuous improvement across our public-sector client. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• 5+ years of process improvement/operations experience
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in large organizations
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder skills
• Experience with federal agencies or mission-driven environments

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives across programs and map current vs future state
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with program managers, analysts, IT, and field staff
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen to improve efficiency, service delivery, and compliance
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and dashboards
• Support change management through training and adoption of new practices
• Monitor performance using KPIs and data analytics for continuous improvement
• Mentor teams on process improvement tools and techniques
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and data governance
