Hilton is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst in Dallas, TX or remote, to join the HRCC team and drive process enhancements across the contact center. You will design end-to-end processes, analyze data, and lead improvement initiatives with cross-functional partners.

The role reports to the Manager of Customer Excellence, using tools like Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel to create clear, data-backed narratives and drive successful project rollouts.

Competenze

• 1 year of operations, project management, or business process experience.
• 1 year of experience creating and interpreting process maps, workflows, and documentation using Visio or similar.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and related tools to develop narratives supported by data.

Mansioni

• Design end-to-end processes, workflows, and operating models; document swim lanes, RACI charts, and control plans.
• Conduct process reviews and root cause analysis.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
• Design and improve business processes to support new project rollouts.
• Partner with process experts to deliver process maps and documentation.
• Manage process improvement projects from discovery through implementation and post-launch review.
