Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of operations, project management, or business process experience.
• 1 year creating/interpreting process maps, workflows, and documentation using Visio or similar.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end business processes, workflows, and operating models including swim lanes and RACI charts.
• Conduct process reviews and root-cause analyses.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
• Support process design workshops and align teams on ownership and readiness.
